Who this covers

This policy explains how Ten Elyse (“I”, “me”, “my”) handles information collected through tenelyse.com. I’m a business strategist and creative director based in Kansas City, working with founders everywhere.

What I collect

• If you subscribe to the newsletter: your first name (optional) and your email address.
• If you email me or book a conversation: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• If you purchase a service: payment is handled by a secure third-party payment processor. I receive confirmation of the payment and your contact details — I never see or store your full card number.
• Standard server logs: my web host records routine technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is part of normal website operation and is not used to identify or profile you.

How I use it

I use the information you give me to send the newsletter you asked for, to reply to you, and to deliver and support the services you’ve hired me for. That’s it. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

A small number of trusted service providers help me run this business — hosting the website, delivering the newsletter and processing payments. They may handle your information only as needed to provide those services, and never for their own marketing. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, and runs no analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to. If you follow a link to another site, that site’s own policies apply.

How long I keep it

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Correspondence and client records are kept as long as needed for our working relationship and for ordinary business and tax records, then deleted.

Your choices

• Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
• You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask me to correct or delete it. Email me and I’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I’ll post the updated version here and change the date at the top.
